| naminimi | | The room was musty, and smelled like nobody lived there for at least a year. the bath tub not function and cracked.aiiiyerkkk...so bad.
On the blanket also got blood.
The breakfast was disappointing as well. Apart from lacking variety, the forks, spoons, plates and glasses were dirty. Locationwise, it is OK as it is near city centre,
Very very bad service from the front desk until room service.2 ladies at front desk like patung after eat jeruk.
i request for soap about 30 minutes and after second call only i get.

| norimah | | indah khabar dari rupa.....joined a tour to kl recently and we have to put up for 2 nights in this hotel. its the worst hotel that i've ever stayed in. the bathtub is dirty & cracked, i can't even put my feet on it, but what choice do i have, i really have to close my eyes in order to put my foot in & have a shower. its a lucky thing that the toilet is bowl is clean. the bedspread berbulu-bulu, from the selimut (comforter) to the mattress linen.... the room smell so damped also you can find cockroaches....eeeiiii....pls management do something about it. a nightmare......
