There's alot of eating place in Johor Bahru. And one of the
most popular food are seafood for the Singaporean. Besides having
a great value for money, it is also tastes great. More reason for
Singaporean to have seafood abroad as it is quite costly here to
have the same dish. You can choose the type of fish you wish to
have the dish to be. In this case, we chose sambal stingray. If
you're not used to heaty stuff avoid the sambal.

Vivo Restaurant
This is an American Restaurant (originating from Chicago) that
serves Italian food. The pizza is crispy but tender & the spaghetti
is aldante! Spaghetti with Garlic & Prawns as well as Garden Salad
in Balsamic Sauce.
It has a nice ambience. Looked quite continental but it's in
the shopping mall. There's varieties of Italian food around. Overall
of the taste would be ok. The Lasagne is the best! It has the Italian
touch on it.

floor.
Local Hawker Centre
Some may not have heard it or try it. What's here on the picture
is the Sugar cane juice. It is very common to Asian to have this
drink. One point to observe is to see how the sugar cane is being
kept. As sugar cane absorbs liquid. If it's put upright on the floor,
I would not recommend anyone to consume it as it will absorb the
liquid on the floor. There has been cases about sugar cane being
a food poison. So beware!!
Seget Market
Type: Street Vendor
This market is local at Pasar Seget and starts to bustle from 6.30pm
onwards (local time). By nightfall, savor the different aromas of
grilled meats & burning seafood.
Favorite Dish: Buttered prawns, chilli squids, chilli / black
pepper crabs - all these with deliciously plain rice!
